Find All Contacts for a Member Account

- Open the account and click the Relationships tab
- Click "View All" on the Contacts related list for complete details

📘 Detailed Instructions
Step 1: Navigate to Member Account
- Click the Global Search bar at the top of Salesforce
- Type the member's name, account name, or any identifying information
- Select the correct account from search results
- Click to open the account record
Step 2: Access Relationship Information
- Navigate to the Relationships tab on the account
- Locate the Contacts related list section
The Relationships tab shows all contacts connected to this account, including:
- Primary contacts - Main account holders
- Related contacts - Family members, spouses, children
- Affiliated contacts - Emergency contacts, references
- Relationship types - How each person is connected
Step 3: View Complete Contact List
Quick View (Default):
- Shows the first few contacts with basic information
- Displays relationship type and contact details
- Good for quick reference and basic information
Complete View:
- Click "View All" on the Contacts related list
- Review all contacts with full details including:

Step 4: Understanding Relationship Types
Common Relationship Types:
- Account Holder - Primary member or decision maker
- Spouse/Partner - Married or domestic partner

- Parent - Parent of primary account holder
- Emergency Contact - Designated emergency contact person
- Other Family - Extended family members
- Affiliated - Non-family relationships (guardians, etc.)

❌ Cannot Find Relationships Tab
Problem: Relationships tab not visible on account record
